Dear Sir/Madam, in order to fulfill obligations which are imposed on the controller of personal data Mr Andrzej Guziński, running business under the name TOP-KEY Andrzej Guziński, pursuant to article 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection), we provide you with the information as follows.

We kindly ask you to read the information.

  1. The controller of personal data is Andrzej Guziński running business under the name TOP-KEY Andrzej Guziński, Tax Identification Number PL 584 010 04 56, address Mściwoja II 8, 80-384 Gdańsk, Poland.
  2. Personal data of:
    • potential Clients*, Service Providers** or Suppliers*** in the scope revealed to the controller on the basis of undertaken or ongoing cooperation will be processed in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract – pursuant to article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of GDPR; based on legitimate interests pursued by the controller – pursuant to article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of GDPR – that is to identify the contact person, current contact aiming at entering into a contract, direct marketing (after expressing prior consent, if required).
    • Clients, Service Providers or Suppliers in the scope specified in the contract or in the scope provided during the undertaken or ongoing cooperation will be processed because it is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract – pursuant to article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of GDPR; because it is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject pursuant to article 6 paragraph 1 letter c of GDPR; based on legitimate interests pursued by the controller – pursuant to article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of GDPR – that is to identify the contact person, current contact aiming at entering into a contract, direct marketing (after expressing prior consent, if required), performance of the contract, its settlement, implementation of laws related to tax and accounting issues and possible pursuit of claims.
    • former Clients, Service Providers or Suppliers in the scope specified in the contract or in the scope provided during the undertaken or ongoing cooperation will be processed because it is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject pursuant to article 6 paragraph 1 letter c of GDPR; based on legitimate interests pursued by the controller – pursuant to article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of GDPR – that is to identify the contact person, settlement of the contract, implementation of laws related to tax and accounting issues and possible pursuit of claims.
  3. Personal data may be disclosed to employees or associates of the controller, as well as entities providing support to the controller on the basis of outsourced services (in particular to subcontractors, couriers or accountants) and respectively in accordance with the authorizations granted or with entrustment agreements as well as to authorities in cases where it is necessary to achieve the objectives indicated above or to fulfill the obligations imposed by law.
  4. Personal data collected in the above objectives will be processed for the period necessary to implement the abovementioned objectives, including the period of expiration of the limitation period for claims by the parties and the protection of the rights and interests of the parties.
  5. Each person has the right to request from the controller access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning the data subject or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability, to receive a copy of the personal data undergoing processing with reservation that for any further copies requested by the data subject, the controller may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative cost.
  6. The subject of personal data the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
  7. The provision of personal data is a requirement necessary to enter into or/and pursue a cooperation and/or contract. The provision of personal data is voluntary, however, lack of such personal data makes it impossible to contact within the scope of cooperation, including the implementation of the contract.
  8. Where personal data has not been obtained from the data subject, the controller informs the subject of personal data about such circumstances and from which source the personal data originate, and if applicable, whether it came from publicly accessible source
  9. There will not be existence of automated decision-making, including profiling.

In the event of a change in circumstances or regulations regarding the protection of personal data, the controller reserves the right to update this information.
